Title: Cal frames & camera alignment

Hello, I have removed my camera/filterwheel due to buildup of condensation on them, if I refit the c/f  to the alignment marks I've made, will PI compensate for any error between the existing calibration frames and camera misalignment, during future  BPP or do I have to shoot my cal shots each time I remove the camera.    Regards Russ

just the flats, darks and bias are not affected by this.
