Title: Set Reference in Image Integration

Very often I forget to set a reference image in Image Integration. Sometimes I remember and go back and re-integrate but I'm sure I've done many integrations without remembering

It would be nice if there was a way to have IR remind me.

It would be interesting to know definitively how much difference it make to make 'the best 'frame as reference. I tend to do II and from that find 'the best' image and the go back and do SA and II using that frame as a reference
