Can someone help me with this image. I am having problems manipulating teh wavelets the right way.
Here is a photo of Corona Australis. At its centre is a dark nebula.

I want to bring out that dark nebula like the nebula in the link below.

I can't figure out how to make the new version of pixinsight create small or large scale wavelets. I can create wavelets, but I have no idea what I am creating. I just experiment with all the controls and make wavelets and hope for the best. But I would rather do it properly.
If someone here can process the image in the link for me and explain to me (in very simple terms please) what they did, I would appreciate it very much.
I really want to learn how to do this.
