Purchase a Commercial PixInsight License

These are the steps to purchase a commercial license of PixInsight:

  1. Make sure you read the important information on this page's bottom. We encourage you to take a look at our FAQ page if you haven't already done so.

  2. Accept our End User License Agreement.
  3. Perform the online payment of your license with your credit card or PayPal account using our PayPal-based online payment system. The price is 300.00 euros for users from non-EU countries. Users from EU member countries must pay their respective VAT rates, that is, the final price for an EU user is 300.00 EUR plus the VAT rate applicable in his or her country.
  4. Once you have completed your payment, you will receive two email messages:
    • Our system will email you with detailed download and installation instructions. As a commercial user, you will have a permanent user account on our file servers that will allow you to access our Software Distribution System.
    • PayPal will email you a receipt for your payment.

Important Information

No Refund Policy — We do not offer a refund policy. Once a commercial licensee has downloaded a copy of our software, we accept no return, and we offer no refund. We have two main reasons why we don't provide a refund:

  • We offer free trial software licenses that you can use to evaluate a fully-functional, full-featured trial version of PixInsight on any supported platform.
  • We stand behind our software. We provide support and updates at no additional cost (included with all commercial licenses). When you buy a PixInsight license, you are getting a good piece of software that is backed by its original developers.

Entities (clubs, associations, schools, universities, etc.) — Please do not try to buy a commercial license of PixInsight. This payment interface can only be used by individuals, not by entities.
Licenses purchased by entities will be invalidated.
