Enzo De Bernardini was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1979. He has been passionate about astronomy since a very young age, dedicating himself mainly to visual observation of the deep sky, and later also to astrophotography.

Professionally, Enzo's daily work is programming and freelance web design. He is the author of several amateur astronomy books, a Star Trek fan, and enjoys natural landscape photography. He is editor of the websites Sur Astronómico and AstronomÃa Sur, dedicated to amateur astronomy. He is also co-editor, together with Alejandro Tombolini, of PixInsight Resources, a website dedicated exclusively to provide resources for learning and using the PixInsight platform, with a broad base of videos and processing examples.
