Purchase PixInsight
These are the steps you must follow to purchase a commercial license of PixInsight:
- 1. Accept the End User License Agreement.
- 2. Perform the online payment of your license with your credit card or
PayPal account. The price is 171 Euros. Users in the European Union must pay
an additional 16% VAT rate. The final price for EU users is 198.36 Euros,
taxes included. We have implemented a PayPal
based electronic payment system.
- 3. Once you have completed your payment, you will receive two email messages:
- Our system will email you with detailed download and installation instructions.
As a commercial customer, you will have a permanent user account on our server that will
allow you to access our Software Distribution System.
- PayPal will email you with a receipt for your payment.
If you are ready, we can proceed to step #1.
Important Information
No Refund Policy — We do not offer a
refund policy. Once a copy of our software has been downloaded by a commercial licensee, we
accept no return and we offer no refund. We have two main reasons why we don't offer refund:
- We stand behind our software. We provide support and updates at no additional cost
(included with all commercial licenses). When you buy a PixInsight license, you are getting a
good piece of software that is backed by its original developers.
Clubs and Associations — Please do not
try to buy a commercial license of PixInsight. We only sell PixInsight licenses to individuals,
not to entities. Licenses purchased by entities will be invalidated.
