Purchase PixInsight

These are the steps you must follow to purchase a commercial license of PixInsight:

1. Accept the End User License Agreement.

2. Perform the online payment of your license with your credit card or PayPal account. The price is 171 Euros. Users in the European Union must pay an additional 16% VAT rate. The final price for EU users is 198.36 Euros, taxes included. We have implemented a PayPal based electronic payment system.

3. Once you have completed your payment, you will receive two email messages:
- Our system will email you with detailed download and installation instructions. As a commercial customer, you will have a permanent user account on our server that will allow you to access our Software Distribution System.
- PayPal will email you with a receipt for your payment.

If you are ready, we can proceed to step #1.

Important note to our Russian customers. For some reason that we can't figure out, our IP addresses are being blocked by the free mail.ru email service. While this situation persists, please don't use a mail.ru email address to buy a commercial PixInsight license, or you won't receive our instructions email with the necessary license activation codes. We hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible, but please realize that we have not originated it.

Important Information

No Refund Policy — We do not offer a refund policy. Once a copy of our software has been downloaded by a commercial licensee, we accept no return and we offer no refund. We have two main reasons why we don't offer refund:

We offer 30-day free trial software licenses that you can use to evaluate a fully-functional trial version of PixInsight.

We stand behind our software. We provide support and updates at no additional cost (included with all commercial licenses). When you buy a PixInsight license, you are getting a good piece of software that is backed by its original developers.

Clubs and Associations — Please do not try to buy a commercial license of PixInsight. We only sell PixInsight licenses to individuals, not to entities. Licenses purchased by entities will be invalidated.
