This is IC2944, the Running Chicken Nebula, in Centaurus. The bright star near the middle is Lambda Centauri. The other patches of nebulosity on the upper left and lower left are Gum 39 and 41. And there's a tiny planetary nebula bottom right PK 294-00.1.
I mapped the narrowband filters Ha and SII to red, and OIII went into green and blue on this one.
