Console log to file
« on: 2012 April 14 11:58:18 »
Would it be possible to have Console log be also logged to a file (optionally).  Maybe with rollover if big, etc...
To be really useful it would be nice that a time stamp be written from time to time (maybe at the start of each process).
Now that some scripts  are chaning many operations, the console log fills quickly.

I agree log to file and time stamps would be useful. Also, currently when a script is applied to view via icon dragging the resulting log differs, neither process names nor times are logged. I would prefer logs remain the same.

An optional console log feature, along with other improvements to the Process Console window, are already planned for version 1.8. Thanks for the suggestion.
