Hi All,
I purchased a license for Pixinsight earlier, The email address that I used has been receiving emails from the Pixinsight team as well as the verification of my forum application. However, I have not received the License as of yet. This was done over 2 hours ago, I have sent an email to Pixinsight via their website but still no answer or sign of the Key.
Is this normal? has anyone else had this problem? 250 EUROS is not an insignificant amount of money so I would like an update please.
